You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar high-volume venue
• Excellent communication and a warm, engaging personality
• A natural flair for hospitality and attention to detail
• A strong understanding of what great service really looks like
• Full availability and a hands-on attitude

• Delivering warm, attentive service that leaves a lasting impression
• Maintaining The Grounds’ high standards across every guest experience
• Working alongside a vibrant, supportive team that gives 100% every day.

Roles available :

Hosts – You’re the first smile guests see! Hosting experience is essential. Knowledge of OpenTable is a big plus.
Section Waiters – Confident running your own section while keeping service smooth, fun and professional.
Takeaway Attendants – You love the energy of a fast-paced service and shine under pressure. POS skills a must!
