We are thrilled to announce the anticipated opening of our innovative and vibrant restaurant in the scenic east end of Adelaide! As we embark on this culinary journey, we are wanting dynamic hospitality professionals to join our team.

Our founder’s heritage informs the menu. Inspired by his northern Italian background, the menu is influenced by the cuisine prepared in the foothills to the sea in the Veneto / Venetian area, prepared in Adelaide using local, fresh produce.

Positions Available include:

Sous Chef (Full time)

– Bring your culinary expertise to our kitchen.

– Lead and inspire the kitchen team with your creativity and skill.

– Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Cooks (Full time)

– Contribute your culinary skills to the delivery of our menu.

– Execute dishes with precision and creativity.

– Previous experience in a similar role is required.

Wait Staff (Full-time and Casual)

– Provide exceptional service with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

– Passionate about food and delivering an outstanding dining experience.

– Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.

Bar Staff (Full-time and Casual)

– Craft enticing beverages to complement our menu.

– Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer is necessary.

– Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy bar setting.

Kitchen Hands (Full-time and Casual)

– Support the kitchen team in various tasks.

– Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.

– Entry-level position with opportunities for growth.
