We’re seeking a Receptionist/Office Administrator to assist our Current administrator; you will be the first impressions welcoming face of our business and provide crucial administrative support. If you’re passionate about organisation, communication, and ensuring smooth office operations, we’d love to hear from you!

· Part time 15-20Hrs a week between Monday-Friday, days/hours flexible to be arranged with successful applicant.

As a Receptionist/Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, visitors, and team members. Your role is critical in creating a warm and professional atmosphere in our office. You will also play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assisting in answering inbound calls.
· Schedule and confirm appointments.
· Handle queries via email.
. Data entry.
· Flexibility in days would be a bonus to cover when sick/AL
· Generate invoices.
. Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and professional verbal communication skills.
· Computer literacy together with good written and verbal communication skills.
· Enjoy customer contact and a dynamic busy work environment.
· Administration experience is a bonus but not necessary, however training provided.
· Good organisational skills.
· A friendly and professional manner.
· Team player who gets on well with everyone and happy to go that extra mile.
