We are looking for someone that gets tourism and has a passion and willingness to create and provide a genuine experience for our clients over this summer season in Christchurch and Auckland Depots.
The role will have you grooming our Campers to the agreed company standard ensuring the state and cleanliness of the vehicle meets and surpasses customer expectations. This role also takes on a customer service role where you may be required to meet and greet customers creating a positive impression and converting queries into sales.
Duties Include:

Full grooming of Campervans inside and out, including all components, utensils, linen, etc

Completing the pre-hire and post-hire checklists

Ensuring COF and registration are current and the vehicle is in a safe and roadworthy condition

To meet and greet customers

To communicate all major elements of the rental agreement clearly and concisely

Vehicle familiarisation, ensuring the client is comfortable with all aspects of the camper

Explain all technical features and demonstrate all equipment as working

Complete all administrative duties associated with this role
About you

You’ll need a full driver’s license

You’ll need great organization skills

The ability to stay calm under pressure

Competent using computers and phones as well Word, Excel, and Outlook

Must be available to work weekends
