Van Groomer/Cutsomer Service Representative – Queenstown

We Offer:

• A pay rate starting at $28.00 per hour to be paid weekly.
• Casual employment offering 10-30 hours per week.
• Hours can be flexible but some weekend work will be required / part-time weekend roles are also available.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will need to be able to deliver quality van grooming while building relationships with fellow employees and with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Quality, comprehensive cleaning of the luxury interior of our vehicles to the highest standard including windows, vacuuming and polishing.
• Quality, comprehensive cleaning of the outside of the vehicles to include wheels and polishing of vinyl bumpers etc.
• Drive vehicles to their allocated car parks before and after grooming. Your location of work will be in the *Queenstown Airport and Glenda Drive areas.
• Complete a checklist of basic maintenance tasks including rego, RUC’s, seat belts, lighting, adblue level etc.
• Facilitate vehicle hires and returns in a customer facing capacity.

Requirements:

• A keen eye for detail to ensure the vehicles are hired in showroom quality and that vehicle damage and any other issues are identified.
• High standard of personal appearance and the ability to work in a small team. *Full driver’s license with the ability and confidence to drive small coaches (standard drivers licence okay).
• A confident self-starter who can communicate clearly and has excellent written and spoken English.
• Computer and smartphone savvy.
