What you’ll be doing
  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assisting customers in selecting the perfect products to meet their needs
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment
  • Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales and performance targets

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the home furnishings or bedding industry – not a necessity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • A passion for the retail industry and a genuine interest in home products and interior design
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • A positive, friendly and energetic attitude
  • Flexible availability to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
