What you’ll be doing
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assisting customers in selecting the perfect products to meet their needs
- Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment
- Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales and performance targets
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the home furnishings or bedding industry – not a necessity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- A passion for the retail industry and a genuine interest in home products and interior design
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- A positive, friendly and energetic attitude
- Flexible availability to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
