Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cooking, preparation and processing raw ingredients into finished chocolate bars.
- Assembling and packing chocolates into finished products ready for dispatch.
- Maintaining & operating production equipment and packing machinery safety and effectively.
- Ensuring a clean, organised and sanitary workspace at all times.
- Accurate and timely reporting of production data, wastage and inventory when required.
- Following the guidance and structure provided by team leaders at all times to ensure efficient, safe and harmonious production shift.
- Maintaining an upbeat, can-do attitude and positive energy toward all tasks and team mates, while fostering an environment of continual improvement and high vibes.
