Team Member – Byron Bay

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Cooking, preparation and processing raw ingredients into finished chocolate bars.
  • Assembling and packing chocolates into finished products ready for dispatch.
  • Maintaining & operating production equipment and packing machinery safety and effectively.
  • Ensuring a clean, organised and sanitary workspace at all times.
  • Accurate and timely reporting of production data, wastage and inventory when required.
  • Following the guidance and structure provided by team leaders at all times to ensure efficient, safe and harmonious production shift.
  • Maintaining an upbeat, can-do attitude and positive energy toward all tasks and team mates, while fostering an environment of continual improvement and high vibes.
