Sous Chef – Darwin CBD

We are seeking an experienced sous chef to join our busy waterfront kitchen. Successful applicant must have prior experience in kitchen leadership roll, be able to cook steaks to a high standard, have experience with fresh seafood, be self motivated, work well as a team as well as independently be able to run a service, call dockets, get food out consistently & in a timely manner, order stock, maintain kitchen cleanliness, have good management skills & have a passion for food, cooking & the hospitality industry. 44 hours per week including split shifts, nights, weekends & public holidays. 75k per annum ($32.72 hourly) We are seeking a long term team member to join our team. Sponsorship is not currently available, must have full working rights. 3 Month probation period.
