Showroom Sales Person – Riccarton, Christchurch

Showroom Sales Person
Required – 10hrs/Wk

We are looking for a Part-time Sales Person for our Christchurch Showroom.
You’re the welcoming face that greets our customers and helps them select from our fantastic outdoor furniture range. You may also manage the logistics of sending and the picking up of orders.

To be considered, you will need the following skills/ qualities:
• Great sales ability and customer service skills
• Interested or experienced in home styling and outdoor furniture
• Friendly and enthusiastic with excellent people skills
• Top personal presentation and a positive attitude
• Independent, responsible and organised – this is a sole charge role
• Physically fit and strong enough to help move furniture and boxes
• Some computer literacy – Email. Excel and our simple Point of Sale (Lightspeed)
Hours are based around Sun & Mon 11.00am to 4.00pm.
Flexibility to extend hours, and cover holidays occasionally. Daily and Overall hours are negotiable either up or down. Pay rate will depend on skills and experience.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and a maturity to match our customer base.
Ideally start as soon as possible – Full Training provided
