What you’ll be doing
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our products to customers
- Actively promoting and selling our range of gardening and landscaping equipment
- Processing sales transactions and handling customer payments
- Maintaining a clean and well-organised retail environment
- Restocking and replenishing product displays as needed
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail or home and garden industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service
- A keen interest and knowledge of gardening and landscaping equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
