Sales Associate – Broadbeach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting engaging with customers.
  • Explain brand vision, product features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchases.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and help stores achieve KPI.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently through POS system.
  • Assist with store presentation, including replenishing, visual merchandising and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Follow company policies, procedures and loss prevention guidelines.
  • Participate in stock management (receiving weekly deliveries, replenishing shelves and cycle counts/stock takes).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion and energetic for customer service and retail.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
  • Customer service and sales skills (upselling, cross-selling, handling objections).
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment
