Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting engaging with customers.
- Explain brand vision, product features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchases.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and help stores achieve KPI.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently through POS system.
- Assist with store presentation, including replenishing, visual merchandising and maintaining cleanliness.
- Follow company policies, procedures and loss prevention guidelines.
- Participate in stock management (receiving weekly deliveries, replenishing shelves and cycle counts/stock takes).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion and energetic for customer service and retail.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
- Customer service and sales skills (upselling, cross-selling, handling objections).
