Sales Assistants – Osborne Park

Responsibilities:
1 Sales Support: Assist the sales team in various aspects of the sales process, including customer inquiries, order processing and post-sale customer service.
2 Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, answering questions, offering product information and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3 Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain product inventory, ensuring items are well-stocked and organised.
4 Visual Merchandising: Contribute to the attractive presentation and layout of the store to enhance the overall shopping environment.
5 Sales Reporting: Assist in sales data tracking, reporting and analysis.
6 Marketing: Creat Social Media posts/reels and publish them.
7 Team Collaboration: Work closely with management to achieve sales goals and objectives.
