KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Lead by example in delivering genuine and exceptional customer service.
- Style customers and introduce them to new products.
- Be driven to learn more about the fashion industry and the ethos of our brand. Sustainability is a BIG part of who we are (we’re a certified B Corp), and we want you to be as passionate about it as we are.
- Assist with online customer service, including fulfilling orders, click and collect, holds, and inquiries.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and housekeeping standards in-store.
- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in retail fashion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
- Available to work a Sunday – Thursday roster cycle
