Long term, 30+ hours per week
Must have a very strong track record in retail customer service and have a passion for health and vitality!
For the right person, this will lead into management!
Please note, this is NOT a hospitality position and will not meet the requirements of the “88 days” for visa extension.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations.

Retail Sales: Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, handle cash and card payments, and manage refunds/exchanges.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, including organic foods, supplements, eco-friendly goods, and wellness products.

Stock Management: Assist with restocking shelves, unpacking deliveries, and maintaining proper inventory levels.

Store Presentation: Ensure the retail space is clean, tidy, and well-organized, including merchandising displays and promotional materials.
