About The Role As a receptionist, you will be the welcoming heartbeat of our park, greeting guests with enthusiasm and guiding them through their adventure-packed day. Your passion for guest experience and organization will ensure seamless operations and leave a lasting impression on every visitor.

3 Exciting opportunities available: *1 full-time permanent position *1 full-time summer contract *1 part-time summer contract Applicants must be able to work throughout the peak summer period including school holidays and public holidays. The only day we are closed is Christmas day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests as they enter the park, setting the tone for their exhilarating experience.
- Ability to upsell rides and spiel to large groups. *Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering enquires, helping with ticket purchases, park information and directions.
- Manage guest inquiries and requests via phone, email and in-person interactions, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, cash-handling and managing reservations to support smooth park operations.
- Communicate with team members across the park to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Beneficial Work Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, tourism or hospitality preferred, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
