We’re looking for a receptionist who is organised, confident working alone and has great customer service.
About you
• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service-based role desirable
• A positive, will-try-anything attitude
• Confident, resourceful and loves a challenge
• A great multi-tasker who can juggle responsibilities
• Able to work on a rotating roster, including weekends
• Have working rights in Australia
• Ability to work 30 or more hours a week
General tasks include taking payments, showing potential guests available rooms and facilities, answering phone and email enquiries, processing check ins/check outs and cleaning duties.
Casual position, 4 days per week (approx 30 hours) with the possibility of an extra day when required. Occasional weekend shifts may be required. Shift times are 9:30am-5:30pm. Hospitality award rates.
Training will be provided.
