Receptionist – Cambridge

As our new Customer Service/Reception professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth running of our holiday park. This is a full-time position based in our Cambridge location.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, both in person and over the phone
  • Handling all guest enquiries, bookings, and check-in/check-out processes efficiently and professionally
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to guest stays and park operations
  • Assisting with the coordination of park activities, facilities, and resources to meet guest needs
  • Promoting the park’s amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
  • Addressing any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and solution-oriented manner
  • Providing general administrative support to the park management team as required

What we’re looking for

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or tourism setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Proficiency in using computerised reservation and guest management systems
  • A positive, friendly, and proactive attitude to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Familiarity with the local area and attractions, or a willingness to learn
