Receptionist/Administration Assistant – Brisbane

About the Role:

As our practice is rapidly expanding with a waiting list of new clients, we are currently looking for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant (no experience required – all training provided!).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and preparing patient and clinical data and information with great attention to detail
  • Undertaking reception duties to support the day to day requirements of the clinic including being the first point of contact for our patients, answering phones, assisting with in-person enquiries, coordinating lab collections and deliveries, and taking payments.
  • Reporting to your coordinator on areas of improvement
  • Other administrative tasks as directed by your coordinator
