All our products are baked from scratch, by hand, and sold directly to the public from the premises and the Hawke’s Bay Farmers Market. The successful candidate will have:
- Previous bakery experience or similar as a baker/pastry chef
- Previous knowledge of Macaron/Croissant an advantage
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Health and Safety guidelines in NZ
Your responsibilities will include:*
- Hands on managing bakery operations
- A clear understanding of safe food handling and hygiene
- Excellent Food Safety
- Demonstrate flexibility and agility to manage different tasks
- Be flexible with working hours (4 days Production- 1day Early Baking on WEEK END)
