We’re looking for a proactive and energetic Office Junior to join our clients team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy office, supporting a small friendly team, and keeping everything running smoothly.
This position is based in the office 5 days a week, 8.30am-2.30pm, there may be an opportunity for the role to be 4 days for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with ordering and maintaining kitchen and stationery supplies.
- Keep meeting rooms tidy and ready for use.
- Liaise with building management and assist with facilities-related tasks.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-stocked, including loading/unloading the dishwasher.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Scan, bind, and organise documents as needed.
- Assist the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Help organise team and social events.
