About the role:
In this role you will be the face of our company – don’t worry, you won’t be on billboards around Central Otago but you will be in our front office and the first point of contact which is just as important. You will work in a great team environment and undertake a variety of office/admin tasks.
About the job:
- Reception duties such as meeting and greeting applicants, visitors and clients
- Responding to email enquiries
- Assist with HR associated tasks such as recruiting and onboarding new employees
- Provide support to our accommodation manager (e.g. taking bonds and payments, welcoming guests on-site, campsite inspections)
- Assist with inductions and health and safety trainings for our new staff
- Administrative tasks such as documentation
About you:
- Strong administration and/or reception experience
- Ability to prioritise, with excellent time management skills
- Outstanding verbal skills and confident to communicate with different people
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proactive and enthusiastic team player
- Reliable and confidential
- Proficiency in using MS Office products
