About This Opportunity 

Our Hotel is looking for Night Audit Guest Services Agent to join our expanding and evolving team.

Night Audit Guest Service Agents are an integral part of our team and ensure our guests receive the very best first impressions, a central point of communications during their stay and a warm Farewell.

Our Night Audit Guest Service Agents:

  • Provide an exceptional check in and check out experience,
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Assist guests with tourism information to make the very best of their visit,
  • Are proactive and mindful about safety and security of the hotel and its guests,
  • Care about guest issues and aim to resolve them,
  • Thrive in a team setting,
  • Are positive, honest,  well presented and professional,
  • Have a keen eye for detail and problem solving
  • Undertake general administration work, reservations and cashiering
  • Audit daily financial transactions for accuracy and completeness
  • Perform end-of-day accounting activities, including the preparation of final reports,
  • Are flexible to work a 7-day rotating roster.

Some desirable skills/experience:

  • Experience working in a hotel environment,
  • Analytical, communication and time management skills,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook),
  • Previous experience using Opera PMS,
  • Multi-Lingual.
