As a mystery shopper your feedback assists our client’s clients to measure their customer service performance and implement strategies to improve the customer experience.
Your role is to document compliance against company behaviours and practices, elevating their customer experience and helping them build a consumer preferred and trusted brand. You will help them to create an exceptional customer experience across every touchpoint.
You will need to have an eye for detail, a good memory and excellent written communication skills. Good spelling and grammar are essential. You must have access to a computer and the internet.
