Market Research Interviewer – Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty

We are looking for new team members with previous market research experience to join our growing team.

Successful applicants will have:

  • A professional phone manner
  • The ability to multi-task and work unsupervised
  • Ability to record accurately and quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Internet, Microsoft and keyboard skills (min 35wpm)
  • Excellent spoken English
  • Appreciation of Te Reo / Māori is an advantage

Previous interviewing experience preferred, but not required.

Hours of work: Telephone interviewing is almost exclusively conducted in the evenings from 4pm to 8.30pm and during the weekend, typically 10am to 8pm. Interviewers are not required to work all these hours but must be able to offer a firm commitment of a minimum of 20 hours per week when required. Those with relevant skills and are available to work during the day may be offered daytime business telephone interviewing for ongoing projects. The work fluctuates. Typical patterns are two to three weeks of plenty of work followed by some days of quiet time.

Applicants must have own phone, broadband/internet, laptop/desktop computer and headset.

Since this is a home-based role, applicants from all over New Zealand are welcome to apply.
