Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team. In this role, you will support our chefs by maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, ensuring all equipment and utensils are ready for use, and assisting with basic food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment, dishes, and work areas
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks as required
- Helping with the storage of food and supplies
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Availability from 10am to 6pm on Thursdays and Fridays (or just Fridays)
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with good communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
