A hotel in Melbourne’s CBD is looking for a part-time Receptionist/Night Auditor to join the team (3 to 4 shifts per week). The ideal candidate will be professional, well-presented, possess a strong work ethic, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and have strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work overnight shifts, strong computer skills, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude. A high level of customer service skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently are also essential.
Proven experience in customer service in a busy environment, along with a basic understanding of accounting principles, will be an advantage. Opera Cloud PMS training will be provided on-site.
