Seeking skilled staff for immediate start in the following roles:
2IC – Some Admin. Some VM. A little bit of everything is what we need! Predominately day shifts with the willingness to step up to do closes when required – covering AL etc. Extremely varied role with some autonomy, work/life balance and the opportunity to progress further in the future. Full support to Ops Manager and current VM.
Chef – Minimum 20 hours per week, must be qualified and have good availability. Opportunity for a Full-Time position for the right applicant. Must be available Wednesdays Thursdays and Sunday Lunch, able to manage kitchen in Head Chef’s absence
Gaming Manager/Attendant – looking for someone who loves what they do, who knows how to manage a busy room and can work under pressure without breaking a sweat. Need to be able to multitask yet prioritise where you are needed, this is a very hands-on busy role and is not for the faint hearted! Dealing with people from all walks of life you must be a confident communicator with the ability to diffuse situations with ease while demanding respect and compliance – we don’t ask a lot do we lol
Bistro Staff – come help us build our bistro and transform our bar! Changes are coming and we want enthusiastic staff who want to have fun, interact with customers, drive revenue and create something special for all to enjoy!
Bottle Shop Staff – Retail and Drive Thru must be hard working, fit and able to carry a decent load. Needs an outgoing personality with the ability to be open and friendly to all who patronise the venue. You will be switched on and able to pick up on dodgy situations with the confidence to manage these situations professionally and responsibly. Plenty of hours for those willing to work hard and focus on the job, not their phones or their bellies! Forklift license a bonus!
