Summer positions in Kitchen (Chef), House keeping, Bar/Dining room.
We are starting to look for our next intake of team members for the summer. The following positions are available for fixed term employment to assist with busy summer period. Up to 4-5 months available, from mid-Dec through to mid-May approx. To Be confirmed with the successful applicant and depending on Visa conditions.
We are on the hunt for dynamic persons to join our team. You will help us make our guests experiences everlasting. We can offer all our team members onsite accommodation, power, internet, 5 dinners per week and above average remuneration. These positions are full time, and can be long term, we are happy to consider any one available to work and or stay in a remote location and is currently eligible to work in NZ. We cannot offer sponsorship or transfers for Visas. You must be in the country and available to start from the 15th of December 2025. WHV holders are welcome to apply.
Very good conversational English is necessary. Experience in your preferred position would be an advantage but not necessary (unless stated). We are looking for personality and teach-ability. If you have a passion for customer service, the guest experience and are willing to learn, we are interested in talking to you.
We are looking to fill the following positions to start on Monday the 15th of December 2025
Housekeeping (1 person)
Each day starts with breakfast service at 7.30am, then cleaning the hotels common areas and onto the guest rooms.
5 days per week on a roster system. Guaranteed min hours is 25 per week, our current team is averaging 35+ hours per week. Additional work in grounds, buildings and maintenance can be found on the quieter days to boost hours. Good organisation skills are a benefit in this roll along with a good eye for detail.
Dining Room / Bar (1 person)
This dynamic individual is to assist in our dining room and Bar. Support the existing team and cover their RDOS. This position is 5 days per week on a roster system and approx. 35 hours per week. Starting about 3pm, your day will consist of assisting with Bar service, Accommodation Check in’s, basic food and dessert prep, setting up the dining room. Hosting our dinner guests, dishes, clean up, breakfast set up and the occasional bar lock up.
Chef (1 person)
This position is 5 days per week on a roster system and approx. 35+ hours per week. This roll is supporting the Head Chef and possible RDO cover. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years in a professional kitchen. CDP level or higher. Do you fit this description? Do you have a partner that could fill a roll above, message us now.
