Kitchen hand Clean all dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and equipment Preparation for the day ahead as directed by the chef in charge Keep all work areas tidy and compliant with health and safety regulations Control the use of chemicals in the kitchen Assist in receiving and sorting supplies and deliveries Follow systems and procedures in place for hygienic food handling practices
