Our oyster bar and eatery are seeking passionate and innovative Chefs to help drive the restaurants to further success.

We are an award winning ‘no reservations eatery’ where you will find a commitment to providing a farm-to-plate experience.The menu provides a connection to what is locally grown, caught or hunted with references to more classic Asian-style cooking.

Parts & Service cuisine is based around a Josper charcoal oven – this is a real opportunity to join a new kitchen team and take the food to another level.
