We are a planting company and if you’re an intelligent, athletic, and motivated individual, then we may have a solution to a few of your problems.
Low bank account? Trouble sleeping? Are you feeling too…..clean?
Probably time to leave the comfort zone and pick up a shovel.
Planting is an unusual job that will have you working outside (rain or shine, hot or cold), in a variety of landscapes (civil construction sites, roadsides, wetlands), and will likely be one of the most physically demanding things you’ve ever done. You’ll be able to fall asleep everywhere.
The good news is that if this Type-2 fun appeals to you, then you’ll find yourself amongst like-minded new mates who enjoy tackling a good challenge together and helping each other maximize their earnings.
The best news of all is that the pay is directly related to your performance. We pay a base hourly rate, but each day there is a performance bonus available. This means that if you’re willing to excel, you will be handsomely rewarded.
Safety is paramount and before you can begin working, you’ll need:
1. Construction Industry White Card
2. General PPE (hi-vis long-sleeve shirt, long pants, lace-up steel cap boots, hard hat, gloves, safety glasses)
Our worksites are geographically varied and are not always easy to access on public transport. A vehicle is a highly regarded asset. If you don’t currently own one, you should plan to get one in the near future.
Previous planting or landscaping experience is amazing, but not essential. We’ve got a great training program to help everyone succeed.
We have consistent work in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Canberra. If you’ve got a flexible lifestyle, you can get paid while travelling the country.
Some of our work counts towards regional days for the 417 visa but we should not be a first option for those looking to achieve their days in a short amount of time.
