Front Reception – Teneriffe

What you’ll be doing

  • Greeting members and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls, emails and in-person inquires
  • Performing basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing and follow ups
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the reception and gym floor
  • Handling membership sales, including gym tours, and follow ups

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in using standard Microsoft Office and CRM softwares
  • A friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively to meet the standards of the role
