What you’ll be doing
- Greeting members and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls, emails and in-person inquires
- Performing basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing and follow ups
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the reception and gym floor
- Handling membership sales, including gym tours, and follow ups
What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using standard Microsoft Office and CRM softwares
- A friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively to meet the standards of the role
