Responsibilities:
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- Attending to guest requests and managing their accounts
- Providing information about services and local Melbourne attractions
- Administrative duties related to the Front Office department
Ideal Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of Melbourne CBD
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding personal presentation
- Attention to detail
- Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster
