Front Office Receptionist / Guest Service Officer – CBD

A leading international accommodation provider is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated individual to join the Front Office team as a Guest Services Officer. The position is based in a modern, centrally located building in Melbourne.

Responsibilities:

  • Check-in and check-out of guests
  • Attending to guest requests and managing their accounts
  • Providing information about services and local Melbourne attractions
  • Administrative duties related to the Front Office department

Ideal Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong knowledge of Melbourne CBD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding personal presentation
  • Attention to detail
  • Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster
