The Role

We are looking for reliable team players with a can-do attitude. Your engaging personality and exceptional communication skills will enhance the guest experience from check-in to check-out. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, staying calm, efficient, and organized during peak periods. Strong administrative and computer skills are essential for this role.

Duties & Responsibilities

This role offers a unique mix of front office reception, property management, and customer service, providing an excellent opportunity to learn new skills in a supportive environment. As a Front Office Receptionist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Operating day-to-day front desk reception
  • Assisting prospective residents and visitors in a professional and efficient manner
  • Providing customer service in the accommodation industry
  • Experience in a University environment (highly regarded)
  • Prior knowledge of RMS is an advantage
  • Being culturally aware and understanding of different cultures

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Valid Working Rights in Australia and New Zealand
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Valid RSA
