- Guide the front office’s day-to-day operations with expertise
- Manage the guest check in / out process
- Manage, effectively and efficiently, guest requests, enquiries, and concerns
- Provide information on local activities, events etc.
- Maintain exceptional standards ensuring all team members are prepared and well-informed to deliver guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out
- Enhance our concierge services on local activities, events etc.
- Casual / Part-time shifts over 7 days a week, from 7am – 9pm. Rostered shifts include evening and weekend work. Penalty rates apply
