You will be fair, honest, professional and you don’t play favorites. You will be flexible enough to cope with the crazy stuff that goes on around here and you will be willing to pitch in when needed, even if the hours get a little weird on the odd occasion.

As part of our Front of House Team, you will be responsible for?

  • End to end customer service including, greeting, order taking, serve and completion of sale.
  • Provide detailed information on our available food and beverage options.
  • Preparing and providing a tidy and maintained space that is operating in peak condition.
  • Learning and retaining new information with an understanding to be able to teach others.
  • Be a punctual, reliable, conscientious team player who works honestly and in a fair and reasonable manner.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts with consideration for others.

  • Wednesday – Sunday roster Opening hours are Wed 3pm – 8.30pm, Thurs & Fri 12pm – 9pm, Sat – 12pm-10pm, Sun 12pm-8.00pm. Noting this is a casual position and guaranteed hours each week can not be confirmed. The hours mentioned above are our trade hours and hours in which you could be expected to work.
