Front of House – Twizel

 We are looking for an experienced Front of House staff member/ restaurant manager.
We’re on the look out for a person to help run the cafe, so if you’re a person with a hands on approach and looking to run a small team in a relaxed friendly environment, this the perfect opportunity for you!
We have affordable staff accommodation available, use of the local gym and free access to the hot pools.
This role is a predominantly a day time position with the odd evening function.
Role involves:
– using systems such as idealpos and loaded reports
– working with operational budgets
– stock management
– recruitment and training of staff
– working alongside the chef to create menus/ organise bookings
– greeting and interacting with customers
– making and creating consistent coffees
About you?
– A duty’s managers certificate would be advantageous but the business can enroll you on a course if not – barista experience, ideally six months
– great customer service and communication skills
– food and beverage knowledge
– a natural leader and ability to motivate team
– work well under pressure
– reliable and adaptable to the needs of the team and buisness
