Position Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Casual Front of House Staff. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and have a positive experience at our venue. Weekend availability is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Seating: Welcome customers warmly, escort them to their seats, and present menus.
  • Order Taking: Accurately take and process customer orders, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.
  • Service: Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to provide information about menu items, answer questions, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and seating areas.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.


  • Experience: Previous experience in a front of house or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Attitude: A positive, enthusiastic demeanor and a strong work ethic.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends and flexible hours, including holidays.
