What We’re Looking For
We want dynamic, guest-focused individuals who bring energy, professionalism, and personality to every shift. You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have experience in Italian or Mediterranean-style venues (bonus, not essential)
- Love fast-paced, high-volume service
- Deliver warm, genuine hospitality with pride in presentation
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Are a team player with a positive attitude
- Hold a valid RSA (additional training is a plus)
- Are available to work nights and weekends as part of a rotating roster
