Our business is a dynamic and welcoming café located in the heart of Arndell Park. We are committed to delivering high-quality coffee, fresh food, and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House (FOH) Team Member to join our team.
Position: Casual / Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time for the right candidate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver warm, professional service to all customers
- Take and manage orders using POS systems accurately
- Assist in coffee preparation (basic barista skills desirable)
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of FOH and dining areas
- Support your team during busy periods and work collaboratively Essential
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a café or similar hospitality environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Punctual, reliable, and professionally presented
- Availability for early morning and weekday shifts
Desirable (but not essential):
- Barista skills and familiarity with coffee service
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
