Floor Supervisors
As a Floor Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading the team during service, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. You’ll provide direction to staff, handle guest queries and complaints, and maintain the overall atmosphere of the venue. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a team in a high-volume setting and a passion for customer service.
Floor Staff
Our Floor Staff are the front line of service, offering a memorable dining experience to our guests. From greeting guests to taking orders and delivering food and drinks, you’ll make sure every guest feels welcome. Experience in fast-paced venues is a bonus, but most importantly, we want people who are friendly, proactive, and love working as part of a team.
Bar Staff
As a Bar Staff member, you’ll create delicious cocktails, pour drinks with precision, and deliver top-notch service to our guests. Experience with cocktails is a plus, but we also welcome those eager to learn. If you’re a people person with a passion for drinks, we want you on our team.
About You:
We’re looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals who love the fast-paced nature of hospitality. The ideal candidates will have:
