Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming Guests: Ensure every guest feels at home from the moment they step through the door.
- Drink Pairing Recommendations: Suggest drinks that complement our menu (with training provided), adding that extra personal touch to each experience.
- Showcasing Our Venue: Highlight the unique character of our space, including our fantastic function areas, to help guests appreciate all we have to offer.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our amazing kitchen team to maintain a smooth and enjoyable service.
- Curating the Ambience: Select records that create the perfect backdrop during service.
- Continuous Learning: Dive into learning about wines and beverages to continually enhance your recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Help us refine our service by sharing ideas and actively contributing to the evolution of our guest experience.
We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in guest service. Ideally, you’ll have at least 1 year of experience in a floor role or 3 years in customer service. We pride ourselves on being a great team that can teach you all the technical bits—you just need the initiative and drive to ensure our guests have an amazing experience every time they visit.
