What We’re Looking For:
- Understanding of traditional pub culture and community hospitality
- Commitment to quality service and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- RSA and Food Safety qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for creating authentic, memorable experiences
- Local knowledge of Collingwood/inner Melbourne preferred
