The Role
We’re after a friendly, outgoing Front of House team member who’s not looking for full-time work but is keen to pick up extra lunch, evening, or weekend shifts. You’ll be the first face our customers see, helping run the floor and supporting our Bar Manager to keep service smooth and fun.
Responsibilities
- Welcome & Seat: Greet guests, manage walk-ins and reservations
- Order & Communicate: Confidently take orders and liaise with kitchen and bar
- Serve & Upsell: Deliver food and drinks promptly, suggest specials and cocktails
- Payment & POS: Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Tidy & Reset: Keep tables, stations, and communal areas clean and inviting
- Team Support: Jump in during busy service, assist the Bar Manager with restocking and setups

- Good Attitude: Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people
- Quick Learner: Hospitality or retail experience a plus
- Calm Under Pressure: Confident in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Reliable & Punctual: Punctual, reliable, and proactive
- NZ Work Right: Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
