This role requires an individual who is hardworking, punctual, and self-confident, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Your ability to multi-task effectively is crucial. You will frequently be the first point of contact for our clientele, so skills including, a polite telephone manner, and charisma are vital. An important facet of duties involves liaising with visitors to the massage parlor (mostly gentlemen).
The Manager must be open-minded and have the ability to relate to a broad range of people, including the working ladies. Management is responsible for ensuring that a happy, enjoyable, safe environment is maintained consistently.
The safety and security of the ladies, clients, and premises is your main objective. On occasion, you may be required to solve problems and mediate between the ladies and the clients.
You must be able to confidently liaise with inquiries from clients regarding massage services. Secondly, computer literacy is a must, and timekeeping is so important. From time to time, you will experience firsthand a diverse range of scenarios where problem-solving and mediation between our team and clients is a necessity.
