Your responsibilities:
- Manage Guest Inquiries and Concerns Professionally
- Prepare food and beverage for guests whilst creating a thrilling, memorable guest experience
- Consistently demonstrate relevant restaurant sequence of service
- Correctly prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, adhering to recipes and specified measured
- Ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with statutory and company hygiene requirements
- Perform the duties of an usher by greeting and escorting guests to assigned seating section
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and promote effective communication
- Complete all set-up duties in accordance with standard procedures and ensure general cleanliness and tidiness of work area
- Follow all dispensing measures as per procedures, and the necessary recording of waste
- Provide quality service to all customers in a timely and efficient manner
What we are looking for:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in Bars or Restaurants (highly regarded)
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability across a 24/7 roster
- Current NSW RSA
