Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Assist in cold food preparation, plating, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, including tables, counters, floors and equipment.
- Restock supplies and ensure all products are fresh and available.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
