Primary Responsibilities
- Take the reins during busy service hours at the front of the house, setting the pace and leading by example

Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated genuine passion and enthusiasm for the hospitably and food sector
- Prior history of guiding and empowering teams with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Familiar and well-versed across diverse food & beverage settings and have flexibility to work across different schedules including weekends and public holidays as required
- Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
- Passion for engaging with patrons and leading a team of diverse professionals
