About the role
We are seeking versatile Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team. You’ll have the chance to work across our Conference and Events and Signature Restaurant – serving anywhere from 10 to 500 guests each day. If you’re positive, enthusiastic, and ready to support supervisors and managers in creating exceptional experiences for every guest, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall accountability for each task allocated by Supervisors and Managers.
- Be able to use our POS system Infrasys.
- Assist the Outlets Manager + CNE Managers & Supervisors with day-to-day service.
- Continually analyze and helped Managers and Supervisors to improve day to day service.

- A passion for hospitality industry
- Previous proven Customer service base experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation
- Organisational and time management skills
- Adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
