Food and Beverage attendant – Cairns CBD

As part of our dynamic and close-knit team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Conference Centre, which offers a variety of Meetings.

This full-time permanent position involves:

  • Welcoming and assisting our diverse local and visiting Conference clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Delivering and setting up catering in our Conference and Meeting rooms, ensuring everything meets our high standards.
  • Preparing Conference rooms for various functions accommodating to various client needs.
  • Solving issues and assisting clients, demonstrating outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Contributing to the upkeep, assisting with any tasks necessary to maintain our superb presentation.

About You

  • Experience Required: Previous experience in Food and Beverage or a similar customer-facing role is highly preferred.
  • Autonomy & Ownership: You should be able to work independently, take pride in your tasks, and have an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively are essential to excel in this role.
